Sterling Pacific Travel Cases

Sterling Pacific manufactures full aluminum travel cases from reinforced 5000 series aluminum and die-cast A383 aluminum.

The cases feature Impact Bearing Ridges on the front and back of the case (USPTO patent no. US-D988723-S), and full-grain Italian leather handles. The leather comes from an independent tannery based out of the small town of Chiampo in the Italian region of Veneto.

Sterling Pacific travel cases feature a true full aluminum construction, meaning that in addition to our 5000 series aluminum body, we use aluminum not only for the reinforced corners, but even for the die-cast A383 aluminum wheel housings, the trolley housing and the trolley handle. These parts are typically made from plastic by other aluminum luggage manufacturers.
